Resourcer

Responsible for sourcing and shortlisting candidates suited to our job opportunities, while supporting other consultants with the recruitment process.

Recruitment Consultant

Responsible for talent attraction, business development and account management, with a focus on building positive relationships and delivering exceptional service. 

Senior Recruitment Consultant

As well as personal billing, you are responsible for mentoring other consultants and helping to establish the Graham Matthews brand.

Principal Recruitment Consultant / Team Lead

On top of consistent billing, you can be responsible for team management, forecasting and identifying new markets. 

Divisional Manager

Responsible for internal talent attraction, regular billings, forecasting and management, plus adding value to the brand. You will also be given the opportunity to manage your own team of consultants. 

Associate Director

We offer Directorship opportunities to those who can identify and tackle a market that will add value to build our presence. Responsibilities include managing, mentoring and developing your own team, and being actively involved in new growth strategies for the business.
