As the Managing Director, I am ultimately responsible for the success of the company. My core responsibility is to grow, develop and diversify the company, ensuring it is scalable and on solid foundations in terms of its service offering. I oversee all aspects of the business and make sure the team are happy, motivated and trained to a standard that is required to deliver a professional and efficient service to our clients and candidates. I am also firmly hands on with business development.
I provide business support to the Director, Nick Bamford, and the team of consultants. My role is varied and incorporates every aspect of the business, including: ensuring that consultants all maintain the Graham Matthews high standard of service delivery; monitoring of targets and KPI’s; HR management, reporting and forecasting; management of our contractors; assisting with internal recruitment; and general office management and administrative tasks.
