CSR is integral to how we do business and how we treat the people who work for us, our clients, our candidates, our local community and the environment.

We are committed to being a socially responsible business through six key actions.

Business Processes

We want engaged employees that understand our values and make our brand credible and scalable. We celebrate group successes, reward people and treat them fairly, and work with all portfolio brands to ensure they are aligned with the vision and ethics of the group.

Respecting People

We don't tolerate direct or indirect discrimination, harassment or bullying. Our employment practices are free from discrimination based on race, colour, gender, religion, social origion, political opinion, age, or disability.

Fair Operating Practices

We ensure we act ethically and responsibility by enforcing anti-corruption measures and following the principles of the Bribery Act.

Client and Candidate Care

We don't engage in practices that are deceptive, fraudulent, unfair or ambiguous. We maintain all personal data in line with GDPR compliance standards, and ensure clients and candidates can make decisions freely.

Community Involvement

We have the power to work for good in the community. Through work experience programmes, office charity events, charity sponsorship and more, we give back to our community.

We are also signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant, supporting the employment of ex-services personnel.
