Ali Raza

Managing Director

Ali joined the firm as Managing Director to lead the organisation, with particular focus on building the technology practice. His key focus in recent years has been the Digital, Software and Cloud space, where he has played an instrumental role in helping rapidly growing organisations’ in the Digital Transformation space to hire top technical and sales talent, both pre and post IPO. Ali endeavours to provide an exceptional level of service to both his clients & candidates and has a strong network in the technology space.

Greg Hollis

Chief Executive Officer

As COO, Greg is responsible for overseeing Graham Matthews' operational strategy. He boasts over 20 years' experience within the industry, having worked at renowned talent solutions in management and business development capacities.

Angus McDowell

Chief Financial Officer

Angus' involvement in the strategy and planning for Graham Matthews serves to drive value creation. He has a wealth of managerial and board level experience and has recently completed an MBA at Cass Business School.

Daisy Betteridge

Operations Director

Daisy works closely with Managing Director Ali Raza to ensure Graham Matthews is operating as efficiently as possible. She is responsible for building scalable operational structures and her remit covers systems and processes, HR and L&D.
